Sanitary Towels

ILA has heeded the call to take the issue of menstruation seriously and not live it to women and girls. The statistics show that many young girls and women miss important study times because of a lack of sanitary towels. We have joined many who are making these available and we are collecting and distributing sanitary towels to those who are unable to buy, because of economic difficulties.

Our target is schools in rural, township, and informal settlement areas.
